We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to develop expertise in acquisitions, uncover property opportunities, and build relationships with homeowners and investors while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, problem solving, and learning how to identify potential deals in a specialized area of real estate.

You will learn how to create opportunities through direct outreach, productive seller conversations, and consistent follow up. As you gain experience, you will develop your ability to understand homeowner motivation, evaluate properties, recognize investment potential, and communicate opportunities that meet investor criteria.

Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will gain exposure to the process from the first conversation through negotiations, agreements, and closing. Proven systems, coaching, and targeted training will help you strengthen your communication, organization, negotiation, and lead management skills.

The focus is on creating a reliable pipeline through daily activity and learning how to turn conversations into viable acquisition opportunities. Over time, you will build the knowledge and confidence needed to generate consistent business and establish yourself within the investment real estate market.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales

• Prospect for acquisition properties
• Follow the team plan
• CRM mastery

Qualifications:

• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work

• Good communication
• Real Estate License Required in order to work with clients and earn commissions.
• Ability to work independently and in groups
