Location: Fresno, California

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

Duration: Ongoing/Per Agreement

Shift: 24-hour shifts (5-6 shifts/month)

Hours/Week: 40-48 hours

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Licenses/Certifications: Active CA Medical License, BLS, ACLS, DEA (all required before start)

Experience: 1-5 years preferred, must have delivery experience

What You'll Do

• Provide expert inpatient obstetrical care in a busy hospital setting with a Level 2 NICU
• Manage approximately 13-14 patient deliveries per 24 hours, primarily vaginal deliveries with some C-sections
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in scheduled 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• No on-call responsibilities required

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active California medical license or license application in progress
• Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses
• At least 1 year of delivery experience required; 1-5 years preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively
