We're driven by Innovation, Passion and Craftmanship, and the belief that everybody can grow!Essential Functions· Ability to set up and run CNC rotary tube bending machines such as Soco, Eagle or Addison with limited supervision.· Set up and operate CNC rotary draw bending machine while conforming to manufacturing tolerances.· Set up and switch tooling of CNC rotary draw bending machine (Bend Di, Clamp Di, Wiper Di, Pressure Di, Mandrel, Collette, Stop Blocks).· Program new post bends into CNC bending machine.· Check drawings to work orders to ensure the correct quality of posts are bent and put out for the job.Skills and Abilities· Ability to work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.· Proficient in English to communicate with fellow employees and follow work instructions.· Ability to use required hand tools, power tools, and cutting machines in the assembly process.· Ability to use measuring instruments such as a tape measure.· Detail-oriented with a large emphasis on accuracy.· Ability to work in high-pressure situations under deadlines.Education and Experience Requirements· High School diploma or GED.Great to Have· Previous experience with tube bending.· Previous experience in the manufacturing of complex tube assemblies.· Certified Production Technician (NCMIT graduate) preferred.Physical Requirements· Prolonged periods of standing for up to 8 hours a day.· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
