Your role will involve managing comprehensive placements while cultivating deep-rooted relationships with clients. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Complete Recruitment Processes from initial intake to final acceptance.
- Act as a Strategic Client Consultant, identifying their recruitment needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Source Talent Strategically through our innovative CRM/ATS, fortified by your own networks and tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to oversee candidate management, trace outreach efforts, automate follow-up communications, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Long-Term Placements that deliver sustainable value for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
- Help Foster Industry Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand, as well as yours.
- Comprehensive Technology Access: Our platform consolidates everything-CRM, ATS, and marketing communications-into one cohesive interface. Bid farewell to switching between countless tools, lost emails, and endless notes!

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales
- A solid grasp of healthcare or an eagerness to learn-coaching included!
- Proficient in nurturing client relationships and successfully closing deals
- Comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems (training will be provided for ours)
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset eager to build something impactful over the long haul
