Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions to formulate appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs. Provide evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others. Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress through follow-up assessments. Offer teletherapy options, facilitating accessibility and convenience for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges. Maintain detailed and accurate client records to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and comprehensive documentation of therapeutic progress. Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists primarily work with a diverse population seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to postpartum depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. At Creekview, we recognize that each client's journey is unique, and our counselors approach therapy with empathy and sensitivity, tailoring their methods to fit the specific cultural and personal backgrounds of the individuals they serve. Qualifications A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD). A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required, while a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. A non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate approach to mental health treatment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting, proficiency in diverse therapeutic techniques, and those who have demonstrated success in working with challenging client populations. Familiarity with remote counseling technologies and practices is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
