Second Shift: 3 PM-11:30 PM | Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend

Quality Assurance Lab Technician Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Quality Assurance Lab Technician Skills & Experience Requirements

• Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance Lab Technician Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Quality Assurance Lab Technician Job Duties

• Perform quality testing and inspections in a laboratory environment to ensure products meet established quality and safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks, document test results, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow laboratory protocols, testing procedures, and food manufacturing quality guidelines.
• Enter and maintain quality data using computer systems and required documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues, deviations, or concerns to appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support overall product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
