Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst (Finance & Risk)

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst (Finance & Risk) for our client in Irvine, CA. This role will support the firm's financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and business operations by overseeing financial management and intake/conflicts platforms while delivering reporting and analytics that support strategic decision-making across Finance, Risk, Practice Teams, and Firm Leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the firm's Intapp ecosystem and Aderant platform
• Manage system updates, integrations, and platform optimization efforts
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into billing, collections, attorney activity, client trends, and other key business metrics
• Support budgeting and financial reporting initiatives
• Contribute to data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy efforts
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and implementation of emerging legal technology and AI tools
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and business professionals across the organization
• Provide analytical support for financial and operational decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, business systems, or reporting
• Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Strong experience with Intapp and Aderant platforms required
• Proficiency with SQL Server, advanced Excel, and reporting/business intelligence tools highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
