Senior AI & Data Solutions Engineer

Role Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions to drive business value.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, data models, and enterprise data assets that support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Implement data governance, quality, security, and responsible AI practices to ensure trusted and compliant use of enterprise data.
• Support the development and enhancement of AI capabilities through predictive modeling, automation, and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Systems field of study.
• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
• This role can work anywhere in the US.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree (preferred).
• Hands-on experience developing, validating, and deploying machine learning models and scalable data pipelines within production environments.
• Expertise in generative AI, MLOps, Azure AI/Data platforms, and enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, or industrial business domains.
• Experience delivering AI products from concept through production deployment.
• Create complex queries and codes using Python and SQL.
• Background working with modern cloud-based data platforms and data engineering tools, supported by effective problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
