Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict, including initial case assessment, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial negotiations Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, develop case strategies, and prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct AAA no-fault arbitrations and try cases as needed, including preparing witnesses and clients for testimony Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater New York City area and Long Island QUALIFICATIONS 2+ Years of Experience in No-Fault Litigation Juris Doctorate and admitted to New York State Bar Capable of organizing case files, managing legal documents, and understanding the discovery process Skilled in communicating with clients, preparing summaries, and maintaining records of interactions Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater New York City area and Long Island Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
