EW CAPABILITY GAP ANALYST

Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Analyze and assess DoW EW capabilities against adversary threats to identify operational gaps, including independent research and participation in studies, working groups, and portfolio management forums. Develop and recommend EW capability gap solutions for DoW agile frameworks, including emerging processes like the Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRP), portfolio management, and modernized resourcing systems. Support strategy, concept, and plan development to mitigate EW gaps, and integrate EW solutions into joint exercises and modeling & simulation activities. Represent the JEC in DoW and national-level EMSO forums, working groups, planning sessions, and studies. Advise on EMS operations, EMI mitigation, spectrum management, and assess operational risk, providing recommendations to resolve issues. Produce technical documentation, reports, and briefings per contract deliverable requirements (CDRL A003). Independently explore and self-learn new or in-development EMSO programs; conduct software testing, gather and provide user feedback, develop use cases, track progress, and deliver briefs, demos, and training to stakeholders and development agencies. Qualifications Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 10 years’ experience as an EMSO operator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in operations analysis and capabilities development, testing, certification, or similar processes. Proven ability to work independently, self-learn new systems, and proactively support program development and feedback cycles. Preferred Skills Experience with DoW governance, JCIDS, and PPBE processes, or familiarity with requirements and resourcing systems. Experience with Combatant Command JEMSO organizations. Familiarity with DoW EW/EMSO policy and joint doctrine. Experience representing EW interests in DoW-level strategy and policy forums. Experience supporting agile development and acquisition frameworks, including JFRP or similar processes. Experience collaborating with development agencies (e.g., DISA) and supporting software testing, user feedback, use case development, providing live demonstrations, and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr IGNITE
