** Bookkeeper – Full Time, 8-4:30 Monday through Friday **

** WTTI is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our existing staff in Allentown **. This person should have exceptional critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and be self-motivated. Quickbooks experience is preferred. This person will need to work with a team as well as independently, and must be able to follow established processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain accounts payable records and filing system

Maintain highest ethical practices and protect valuable company/customer information

Verifying, allocating and posting transactions

Accounts receivables

General administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning, and copying

And other duties as required by the position

Requirements

General knowledge of accounts payable

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills

Effective organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are a must

Highest ethical standards

Flexibility and adaptability to change and considerable variability both in the nature and volume of work

Dependable and stress-tolerant nature

Education

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: Equivalent work experience

Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions that require finger dexterity (using a keyboard), bending, standing, lifting, and reaching, as well as the ability to see and hear within a normal range.

$18-20 per hour
