We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for a national commercial building products and security solutions organization in Winston-Salem, NC. This role will lead a growing HR operations team while serving as a key escalation point for employee support matters and process improvements.

Job Logistics

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Location: Winston-Salem, NC

• Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

• Tools/Tech: Dayforce (preferred), Workday (acceptable substitute)

Day to Day

• Manage and develop HR Generalists

• Monitor and oversee HR ticketing operations

• Handle escalated employee inquiries

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities

• Manage leaves of absence and workers' compensation processes

• Support compliance initiatives including OFCCP

• Recommend and implement HR process improvements

• Partner with HR leadership on operational initiatives

Requirements

• HR leadership experience

• Experience managing HR operations

• Experience leading or mentoring HR team members

• Knowledge of leave administration

• Knowledge of employment compliance

• Process improvement experience

• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

Compensation: $90,000 to $115,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
