Guest Service Lead
AvantStay
AvantStay is seeking a hands-on Market Lead in the Asheville area to own in-market operations for short-term rental properties. You will serve as the main point of contact for property owners and coordinate with internal teams to uphold AvantStay standards. You should bring 2+ years in hospitality or customer-facing roles, basic maintenance skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work weekends.
