We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Guest Services Manager to join our prestigious team at our stunning 300-acre resort, nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Western North Carolina.

About Us:

As the Director of Guest Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence. You will oversee all aspects of our guest services operations, manage a team of dedicated staff, and ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. This position requires a customer-centric mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the guest services team, including front desk staff, concierge, and bell services, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, continuously raising the bar for service standards
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and personalization
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Implement and maintain guest service standards, policies, and procedures
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking proactive steps to address any areas for improvement
• Manage the reservation system, ensuring accurate and efficient bookings
• Monitor and manage guest service budgets, expenses, and revenue generation opportunities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Guest Services Manager, or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and guest service standards
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing prompt and effective solutions
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
