Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Manager Acute Care Pharmacy to be part of our expanding Pharmacy Services.

What Youll Do

• Lead the development implementation and advancement of acute care pharmacy clinical programs and pharmacy operations.

• Support safe and efficient medication-use systems regulatory compliance quality improvement and clinical outcomes across acute care pharmacy services.

• Serve as a clinical expert operational leader and pharmacy department resource while promoting consistent high-quality pharmacy services aligned with organizational mission vision and values.

What Youll Need:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

• Pharmacist license to practice in the state of employment some positions may require multiple state licenses. Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin.

• Minimum 3-5 years progressive leadership experience and 1-3 years hospital pharmacy experience

• Strong knowledge of acute care pharmacy operations medication therapy management and evidence-based clinical guidelines
