You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs.Responsibilities:Providing individualized therapyImplementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careKnowledge and Skills Required:Required credentials to practice speech therapyExperience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferredCompetencies: proactive problem-solving, results-oriented, worksmanship, resourceful, and clear communicator.Why Join Eyas Landing?At Eyas Landing, we provide a supportive, team-oriented culture that allows you to focus on what you love - helping children and families.
