Part-Time Receptionist

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while providing exceptional administrative support.

Schedule

• Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday – Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and team members.

• Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.

• Page designated personnel when necessary.

• Receive, document, and relay messages accurately and promptly.

• Notify the Office Supervisor of any concerns or issues that arise.

• Coordinate transportation by contacting drivers for resident medical appointments when needed.

• Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience is highly preferred.

• Prior customer service experience is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in basic computer and office software.

• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.

• Warm, friendly, and welcoming personality with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond for residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.
