Warehouse Operations Associate

Warehouse Associate Restaurant Technologies, a leading provider of bulk cooking oil management services, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a growing and innovative team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities of the depot, including receiving, loading, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and fleet upkeep and maintenance. Primary Job Responsibilities Ship materials to customers. Weekly receive cooking oil tanker trucks. Execute daily Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures. Compile corporate return orders. Monitor daily warehouse inventories (e.g., cooking oil and mechanical parts) and identify items needed. Perform fleet upkeep including adhering to the maintenance schedule, loading daily routes, and routine facility cleaning. Participate and contribute to the facility Safety Goal. Verify delivery truck flow meters regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards; calibrate meters outside acceptable tolerance and perform scheduled biannual calibrations in Q1 and Q3. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with some flexibility to stay a little later when needed. Compensation and Benefits $20 per hour to start, plus great benefits. Education, Requirements & Competencies High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age. Valid driver license. Ability to use a smartphone. Meet Restaurant Technologies’ Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record. Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand and up to several hundred yards by cart. Organizational skills and ability to keep things in order strongly desired. Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out. Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet. Interpret documents and make suggestions based on information provided. Prioritize goals and effectively execute. Partner with internal customers and provide excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse. CDL license.
