HPE Global Channel Development Leader

NVIDIA is seeking a Global Partner Development Manager to spearhead the initiative of enabling NVIDIA’s Enterprise channel partners and driving growth with HPE Partner ecosystems globally. This role involves collaboration with HPE Global and Regional Channel leadership to enable partner-facing teams to advocate and sell the NVIDIA full technology stack from hardware to software to services. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and drive a global channel go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategy aligned with NVIDIA Enterprise strategy and HPE partner strengths. Align with the NVIDIA extended team and the HPE partner ecosystem (Solution Providers, Distributors, GSIs, ISVs, etc.) to drive initiatives. Gain strategic alignment with Channel leadership and resources to influence plans and investments that proliferate NVIDIA platforms through partners. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with HPE Global Partner leadership; plan regular business reviews and executive briefings on NVIDIA trends, technologies, and messaging. Create a closed-loop system to track progress against key outcomes: enterprise platform adoption, pipeline, POC status, and partner readiness. Identify and align with HPE partner leaders/teams on a focused set of partners and execute joint programs to drive pipeline and incremental sales. Collaborate with HPE and NVIDIA cross-functional teams to produce executable plans leveraging joint investments to increase value for NVIDIA via pipeline and revenue. Identify enablement needs, align resources, and engage with Field Sales teams at channel partners to ensure AI capability readiness through AI Advisors, roadshows, webinars, virtual events, and related activities. What We Need To See 12+ years of overall experience in the technology industry 5+ years of specific channel partner management experience Experience leading OEM GTM partnerships, developing channel strategies, and implementing programs Experience with Enterprise software and accelerated computing; developing partner sales plays is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong quantitative, organizational, and analytical capabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced sales environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, mathematics, science, or engineering (preferred) Global experience is required Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd Track record of success managing global and regional channel partners, ideally focusing on AI adoption in the mid-market Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals; excellent listening skills and persuasive communication Self-motivated with high emotional intelligence and ability to work with stakeholders from SVP to field sales; CSPs experience is a plus Proven success with outcome-based sales methodologies and ability to evangelize use cases Passion for sales and building positive relationships with customers and channel partners NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is an equal opportunity employer. Your cash compensation will be determined based on location and experience, with a mix of base salary and variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD for Level 4, and 296,000 USD - 448,500 USD for Level 5. Eligible for equity and benefits where applicable.
