Call Center Representative (Bilingual)

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of customer service experience required. Prior orthodontic experience in either the front office or back office is also required. SCHEDULE: Day shifts - No nights or weekends required at this time PAY: $12.25 per hour BONUS PAY: Opportunities to earn up to $200 a month in addition to your hourly pay! - Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
