Job Description A thriving engineering firm in Georgia is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Registered Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to lead and build our in-house engineering program.

What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and establish the engineering division from the ground up
- Manage projects efficiently and ensure top-quality results
- Collaborate with leadership to drive company growth and innovation
- Serve as a key decision-maker and long-term asset in the firm
- Registered Engineer (required)
- 6-10 years of professional engineering experience
- Strong background in commercial projects
- Proven leadership skills and ability to build/mentor a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a program from scratch
