We're Hiring | Sales Leader – North America | Telecom Software | AI | Digital Transformation
\nI'm working on an exciting opportunity with Comviva , a global leader in digital platforms for telecom operators, financial institutions, and enterprises.
\n \nComviva is recognized by Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, Juniper Research, Frost & Sullivan, and other leading analysts for its innovation across BSS, Digital Transformation, AI, CPaaS, Customer Value Management, Customer Analytics, Marketing Automation, Digital Banking, and FinTech .
\n \nWe're looking for a Sales Leader who knows how to win complex enterprise deals, build executive relationships, and drive growth across the North American telecom market.
\nWhat we're looking for:
\n \n✔ 15–25 years of enterprise software sales experience
\n✔ Proven success selling Telecom Software, SaaS, AI, Digital Transformation, BSS/OSS, Customer Analytics, Customer Value Management (CVM), CPaaS, MarTech, or Digital Technologies
\n✔ Strong relationships with Tier-1 telecom operators, MVNOs, enterprises, and strategic partners
\n✔ Experience engaging C-level executives and driving complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles
\n✔ Strong understanding of telecom business challenges, customer retention, revenue growth, and digital transformation
\n✔ Experience working with Systems Integrators (SI), channel partners, and alliance ecosystems
\nYour impact
\n• Drive pipeline creation and new revenue across North America
\n• Win strategic enterprise accounts and expand existing customer relationships
\n• Position differentiated AI-led and digital transformation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
\n• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams to build winning strategies
\n• Build trusted CXO relationships and negotiate high-value enterprise agreements
