If you're ready to guide and support our dedicated Case Managers, ensuring top-notch care and service, this is the role for you!Your Impact:As the Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining treatment plans and care for the children and families served by our case management contract. Providing guidance, supervision, and evaluation of our Case Managers, you'll ensure the highest standards of service delivery, making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.Responsibilities:Directly supervise 6-10 Foster Care Case Managers, ensuring compliance with Missouri's Child Welfare Manual, FCCM contract, Practice Updates, and ECH's COA standards.Facilitate team meetings on a weekly/bimonthly schedule, actively participating in quarterly Standards and Practices meetings.Provide scheduled, weekly supervision with Case Managers, assessing permanency goals and supporting their professional development.Monitor case managers' performance, including timeliness of paperwork, reports, appointments, and data entry.Attend internal and external meetings, effectively communicating critical information to the team.Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with internal and external customers, including FCCM contract holder MAPP, Children's Division Oversight Staff, families, and community partners.Attend required internal and external trainings, continuously growing in your role and fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust within the team.Competencies:You'll demonstrate the following competencies to excel in this role:Leadership - Inspire confidence, maintain a culture of mutual respect and trust, and motivate others to perform well.Interpersonal Skills - Interact, communicate, and collaborate effectively, resolving conflicts and actively promoting team development.Oral and Written Communication - Clearly communicate job requirements, successes, and expectations.Digital Communication - Effectively communicate through email and text.Teamwork - Balance team and individual responsibilities, foster team spirit, and support team success.Managing People - Involve staff in planning and decision-making, provide regular performance feedback, and encourage growth.Diversity - Demonstrate respect and sensitivity for cultural differences, creating an inclusive team culture.Ethics and Professionalism - Uphold organizational values and work with integrity.Planning/Organizing - Prioritize and plan work efficiently, managing multiple tasks.Quality - Demonstrate accuracy, promote continuous improvement, and ensure quality outcomes.Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems efficiently, using reason even in emotional situations.Customer Service - Provide exceptional service and respond to requests promptly.Join Our Caring Team!At Every Child's Hope, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for children and families in need.
