Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through various methods, including clinical interviews and standardized instruments to evaluate clients' mental health status.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, strengths, and goals, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering services such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and emotional support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor and assess clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic interventions as needed based on ongoing evaluations.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring they receive timely assistance and resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards as outlined by state licensing boards.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
