Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Movement Coaching Hub, you will:

• Provide therapy sessions to couples and individuals, ensuring that both shared and individual concerns are addressed effectively.
\n
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at resolving conflicts and improving communication amongst family members.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to address a variety of issues such as grief and loss, alcohol abuse, medical issues, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Regularly update patient records and case notes using our integrated digital health system.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents, who come to us with a range of challenges including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties.
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families and those undergoing separation or divorce.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• Be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license in Florida.
\n
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing family or marriage therapy.

• Experience working with a wide range of age groups and presenting concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
