Summary This position is located at Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center, White Sands Missile Range, NM. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. - Incentives will not be paid.
- Monitors operations and personnel performance to ensure smooth running of daily facility procedures as well as special events/activities.
- Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, training requirements, and certifications are up to date in accordance with regulations.
- Conducts inventory checks in accordance with facility policies, place and receive food and beverage orders for the facility, completes Daily Activity Reports.
- Attends to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Operates a cash register as well as assisting in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling as needed. May serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders.
- Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing efforts. Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed.
- Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items.
- Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
- Skill in providing customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working within a food and beverage establishment.

- Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
