Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales Account Executives, managing the process from intake to final close Lead sourcing efforts by building new pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted campaigns Partner with Sales RVPs and Directors to forecast demand and advise on hiring processes Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on Sales roles Proven success in sourcing and converting passive candidates using modern talent discovery tools Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals while managing multiple concurrent searches Proficiency in structured interview techniques and complex offer negotiation Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
