Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with goals and care plans.
- Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and manage dysphagia in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Document assessments, progress notes, and therapy plans in the resident’s chart; communicate progress to the care team.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other therapists to support care and transition planning.

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Ability to work in a long-term care/nursing home setting
- Experience in acute care or geriatric populations preferred
- Availability to commit to a 15-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours and the specified daytime schedule
