Your Roadmap of Responsibilities: Sales Goals: Deliver a variety of RVs and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Documentation: Prepare and process all sales paperwork in line with campground policies. Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits. Customer Loyalty: Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals. Your Performance Specs: Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest gear and services in the RV industry to enhance your expertise. Test Drive Scouting: Conduct engaging test drive experiences for prospects while adhering to all protocols for a seamless adventure. Ethical Exploration: Approach all interactions with integrity, fostering trust and rapport with customers and team members. Training Sessions: Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Goal Setting: Establish personal income goals that align with productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; previous camping experience is a bonus but not essential. Communication Skills: Possess clear and effective communication skills to engage warmly with campers and fellow guides. Basic Math Skills: Have fundamental math skills for managing transactions and calculations in a friendly, campfire setting.
