Aftermarket Sales Representative

Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.Responsibilities:Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs through established processes and proceduresAssists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displaysVerifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations (per location)Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations per guidelinesPull monthly surplus returns (per location)Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyFollows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager (per location)Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working orderUnderstands and ensures adherence to corporate and customer data policiesFollows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsPerforms other duties as assignedBasic data entry/keyboarding skillsBasic parts and machinery knowledgeAbility to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer applicationAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. repeatedlyWillingness to learn and work hardHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceFork lift certification preferredBasic knowledge of accounting practices #J-18808-Ljbffr Lasseter Tractor Co Inc
