Working remotely, the full-time Payment Specialist will manage customer payment-related issues, handle chargeback cases, and analyze data to identify trends while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding payment issues Handle chargeback cases and support payment-related investigations Analyze operational data to support KPI analysis and identify process improvement opportunities Required qualifications: Previous experience in chargebacks, payments, refunds, or accounts receivable (AR) is preferred Proficiency in relevant computer applications Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Proactive and reliable with a customer-focused mindset
