HR Generalist

About the Role As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key connector across the employee lifecycle, supporting everything from onboarding and offboarding to policy, compliance, and day-to-day employee questions. You're detail-oriented, approachable, and comfortable being the go-to person employees trust for consistent, accurate answers. What You’ll Own Coordinate and manage HR programs, including engagement surveys, new hire pulse checks, and performance review cycles Manage offboarding activities, ensuring accurate and timely termination documentation Maintain and update SOPs and HR document repositories Administer HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards Provide Tier 1 employee relations support , addressing routine questions and concerns Maintain personnel files and Certificates of Training (COTs) in line with legal and regulatory standards Manage internal HR communication platforms like SharePoint , keeping content current and accessible Support the Compliance department with administrative tasks What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4+ years of experience in a generalist or HR support role Familiarity with HR laws and best practices Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms Nice to Have Experience in a healthcare organization SHRM-CP or PHR certification Experience with internal communication tools (SharePoint, Teams) Work Setup Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Occasional travel to healthcare facilities or offices as needed.
