This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. The Position We areseeking askilledGeneral Liability Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience ingeneral liability, construction, transportation, and/or catastrophic injurydefense. This role offers meaningful hands-on litigation experience, exposure tohigh-profile national clients, and the ability to take onsubstantial responsibilityfrom day one. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Assist with discovery requests and responses Draft pretrial motions Efficiently conduct legal research Provide timely case updates and strategic guidance to clients through regular reporting and responsiveness Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey 3+ years of litigation defense experience required Experience with general liability, construction, transportation, and or catastrophic injury Federal court practice is a plus Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required Excellent organization, written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required Why Join Wilson Elser?
