We are working with a leading global logistics organization seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow its Dallas-area transportation operation. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for P&L, operations, sales growth, customer relationships, carrier management, and team development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day branch operations and performance. Own branch P&L, revenue, margins, and profitability . Drive new business and expand existing customer relationships. Lead, coach, and develop operations and sales teams. Build strong customer and carrier relationships. Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance. Ensure operational and regulatory compliance. Develop and execute strategies for continued branch growth.REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in transportation, 3PL, freight brokerage, or logistics. 3+ years of leadership experience. Proven P&L and financial management experience. Strong background in business development and customer management. Experience leading and developing teams. Strong knowledge of transportation operations and freight markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.WHY CONSIDER IT?
