Key Details • Time Type: Full time • Location: In‑office • Department: 410 Branch Management Job Summary The Assistant Sales Manager supports Branch Management by supervising staff and ensuring efficient, effective daily branch operations while delivering superior customer service that embodies the IBC Experience. The role promotes strong community relationships and drives branch sales performance. Essential Job Functions Manage individual, staff, and branch sales performance expectations in accordance with TSA, HPSRP, TSP and referral programs. Plan and organize outreach activities such as presentations, blitzing, and outside call activities with staff. Motivate employees for branch growth and maintain customer relationships through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and lobby interactions. Facilitate daily huddles and weekly meetings; analyze sales reports to review performance and strategy. Develop employees through coaching, role plays, counseling, performance improvement plans, employee empowerment, salary cards and evaluations. Respond promptly to customer complaints and understand federal regulations and internal bank policies. Assist in conducting exit meetings and terminations, supervise staff time and attendance, and attend management meetings. Provide on‑the‑job training, manage branch administration functions, and perform other duties as assigned.
