Regional Manager – Ground OperationsLocation: Flexible - candidate must reside near a major metropolitan airport. 80% travel requiredJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Regional Manager - Ground Handing to lead multi-location ground operations across our airport network. In this role, you'll drive safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery by providing strategic leadership to General Managers and station teams, while building strong working relationships with airport authorities, internal leadership, and security partners. You'll own the financial performance, operational standards, regulatory compliance, and customer experience across your assigned region.What You'll DoProvide leadership and direction to General Managers and operational teams across multiple stationsOversee day-to-day station operations to ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnelAnalyze operational and financial data to drive profitability and improve performanceDevelop and enforce company policies and safety standards, ensuring compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local regulationsReview and approve capital expenditures, equipment procurement, and site security plansPartner with senior leadership on strategic planning and policy developmentInvestigate and resolve internal and external complaints in a timely, fair mannerSupport business development initiatives and strengthen customer relationships within the regionOversee security compliance, audits, and corrective action plans in coordination with corporate security teamsFoster a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace cultureMaintain accurate operational reporting and respond promptly to inquiries from regulatory bodiesWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in commercial aviation ground handling, with hands-on knowledge of both ramp and above wing operationsProven experience in multi-site operations management within aviation, ground handling, or logisticsStrong knowledge of TSA, FAA, CBP, and related regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and capital planningExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience working with airport authorities, security teams, and regulatory agenciesWillingness to travel across assigned region as neededWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical region, lead high-performing teams, and make a direct impact on safety, service quality, and operational excellence within the aviation ground services industry.
