What You’ll Do Assist with managing a docket of pre‑litigation employment law cases Support case evaluations and help draft demand letters and correspondence Conduct legal research to support case strategy Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Participate in client communication under attorney guidance Maintain organization and accuracy across case files and documentation Gain exposure to AI‑assisted legal workflows and technology‑driven operational systems What We’re Looking For Active California Bar license in good standing (required) Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Entry‑level attorney (0–3 years experience) Prior legal experience (internships, clerkships, paralegal work) is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong legal writing and research skills Clear and professional communication Highly organized and detail‑orientated Eager to learn and grow within employment law Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment Interest in legal innovation, operations, or AI is strong plus Work Ethic Motivated self‑starter with a strong desire to develop professionally Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement Positive, collaborative, and team‑oriented mindset This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney looking to launch their career with a modern law firm that is deeply invested in innovation, professional development, and long‑term success.
