Private Equity Secondaries Associate

A growing lower middle market/middle market private equity investment firm is seeking to add an Associate to its GP-led secondaries investment team. This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial platform focused exclusively on GP secondaries, offering broad exposure across the investment lifecycle. Responsibilities Evaluate GP-led secondary investment opportunities across a variety of industries. Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Participate in investment committee materials and transaction execution. Monitor portfolio investments and support ongoing portfolio management. Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process. Qualifications Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience. Investment banking candidates or professionals with traditional private equity investing experience. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
