Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your own home or any location that provides a stable internet connection. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools and methodologies tailored to each individual. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals while utilizing evidence-based practices. Deliver therapy sessions using our secure virtual platforms, ensuring a supportive and engaging experience for clients. Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and provide ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance during their mental health treatment journey. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, helping them to develop coping strategies and resilience. Your role will directly impact their well-being and overall quality of life. Qualifications A current and valid professional license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual setting. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients' experiences and challenges. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and documentation efficiently. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a telehealth or virtual counseling environment is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches to cater to clients' individual needs. Ability to navigate telehealth technologies and tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
