Dental receptionist / admin

Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into new patients
Coordinate efficient patient check-in and check-out processes
Accurately handle appointment scheduling and documentation
Verify dental insurance information and process payments
Assist the Office Manager with administrative and office tasks as needed
Manage patient service inquiries and provide timely, accurate information
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records

full-time $35,600 - $45,300 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Proven experience working as a dental receptionist or in a related dental office role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
Customer service experience is a must
