Sr. Engineering Program Manager, In House Cell Engineering

What to Expect Tesla's Cell Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated Engineering Program Manager to lead cell development programs for Tesla's in-house cell team. This role organizes the different functions and teams needed to take a novel cell design from conceptual design through to mass production. This role requires deep familiarity with Li+ cell and materials development, a passion for launching new technologies, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen. This requires you to be technically curious, detail oriented, and comfortable delivering results in an unstructured environment. You will use your engineering expertise to collaborate across Cell Materials, Cell Design, Cell Modeling, and Manufacturing Engineering organizations. Success in this role requires the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
