Qualifications
- Experiência comprovada como Gerente de Projetos, preferencialmente em programas de grande porte ou projetos de transformação de plataformas.
- Forte capacidade de organização, planejamento e atenção aos detalhes.
- Experiência na elaboração de cronogramas, controles e relatórios executivos.
- Excelente comunicação e relacionamento com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.
- Capacidade para gerenciar múltiplas prioridades simultaneamente em ambiente dinâmico.
- Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Híbrida, Tradicional (Waterfall).
- Experiência com ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Experiência com ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Requirements
- Elaborar e manter planos de projeto, cronogramas e controles de acompanhamento para múltiplas frentes de trabalho.
- Monitorar a evolução dos projetos em relação aos marcos estabelecidos.
- Identificar e acompanhar dependências, riscos, problemas e ações (RAID), garantindo atualização contínua e escalonamento quando necessário.
- Acompanhar o progresso das entregas e apoiar ações corretivas quando houver desvios.
- Garantir a padronização e qualidade da documentação dos projetos.
- Preparar materiais para reuniões de governança e apresentações executivas.
- Produzir indicadores, status reports e acompanhar métricas dos projetos.
- Coordenar a comunicação entre as áreas envolvidas e equipes multidisciplinares.
- Conduzir reuniões, workshops e sessões de trabalho.
- Registrar decisões, pendências e planos de ação.
- Garantir comunicação clara e tempestiva sobre evolução, riscos e decisões dos projetos.
- Manter os repositórios centralizados de documentação sempre atualizados.
- Garantir controle de versões dos documentos.
- Padronizar processos, templates e modelos de acompanhamento de projetos.
- Apoiar atividades relacionadas à auditoria e documentação de compliance.
