Investment Banking - Technology, Semiconductors - Vice President

Job Summary As a seasoned Technology (Semiconductors) Investment Banking professional, you will develop strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across our full suite of banking products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, equity capital and debt capital raises. Job Responsibilities Act as the primary day‑to‑day client point of contact and lead banker on deals. Review and coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers to move the marketing/execution process forward. Refine marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact. Oversee the creation of financial projection models. Identify and manage all risks associated with a given deal. Liaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties). Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes and management interviews. Focus on the semiconductor industry and its clients. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Prior work experience in an investment banking front‑office role. Experience training junior bankers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey concepts concisely and defend their validity. Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modelling and valuation work. Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and synthesize large amounts of information to develop innovative solutions. Adaptability, with the ability to manage projects independently and assume high responsibility as part of a team. Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and mature manner. Excellent understanding of the financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks. Prior investment banking experience in the tech hardware/semiconductors industry.
