If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit, located in Detroit, MI. The Executive Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory and budget management, maintaining food safety compliance, training kitchen staff, and ensuring that culinary operations align with the hotel's commitment to excellence in hospitality.
