UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to join our team at our McCandless location.
This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays .
Shift: 9am – 5:30pm
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments
Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor
Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs
Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards
Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations
Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
