TJX - 6001 Argyle Forest Boulevard - Responsibilities: Oversee a team of associates at the front of the store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs; Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience; Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks for associates; Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience; Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures and promote safety in the store
