Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join the team. Handle plaintiff personal injury litigation, negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial work in a collaborative, client focused environment with strong professional development support.
Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis for personal injury matters.
Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, hearings, and court proceedings.
Manage a high volume caseload while collaborating with the legal team and providing ongoing client support.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the California State Bar.
Minimum 2 years of plaintiff side personal injury experience.
Strong litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and case management skills.
