Outpatient only. No hospital rounds. Four days a week. Pediatric Health Associates , part of Allied Physicians Group , is hiring a BC/BE Pediatrician to step into an established patient panel in the heart of Nassau County . Compensation is above the Long Island market average and tailored to your experience. New graduates are genuinely welcome, as we run a structured mentorship and Early-Career Development Program built for your first years in practice.

Your Practice

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

• Perform well-child visits and preventive care services

• Guide families on development, wellness, and long-term health

• Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary team

• Document efficiently in the athenaOne EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Active New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Current DEA Registration; PALS

• Pediatric Urgent Care and/or ED experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
