Business Analyst

Business Analyst Blu Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support a federal program focused on enterprise business analysis. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for analyzing organizational processes, assessing IT deficiencies, and supporting ERP implementation initiatives. The position requires experience supporting business process improvement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement within a mission‑driven environment. Mission Overview Support organizational assessments, business process improvement, and ERP implementation initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and IT operations. Key Details Location: Remote Clearance: Public Trust Work Authorization: Not eligible for sponsorship Responsibilities Assess operational and functional organizational baselines Identify information technology deficiencies affecting organizational goals Generate strategies for IT enhancements and process improvements Participate in strategic assessments and design reviews of enterprise approaches Coordinate the resolution of complex problems related to ERP implementations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3–7 years of business analysis experience Experience in enterprise business analysis across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering Experience supporting IT strategy, organizational assessments, and gap analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP implementations and process improvement Cross‑functional stakeholder engagement skills Compensation Salary Range: $95,000–$108,000 per year Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, and education.
