Position Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts, crafting tailored treatment plans to meet their unique needs
- Deliver effective physical therapy interventions concentrating on mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional improvement
- Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimum patient outcomes
- Guide patients and families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise instructions
- Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility regulations and standards
- Engage in interdisciplinary team discussions and care rounds to promote seamless patient care
Essential Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution
Certification Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification preferred
- Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurological, geriatric care) are advantageous but not mandatory

- Relevant prior experience is highly desirable
